AI-01 Wire Stripping Machine

The AI-01 is a semi-automatic wire stripping machine specifically designed to complement the range of terminals available from J.S.T.

This electric driven stripping machine is very versatile and allows the highly precise stripping of wires with different insulations. The machine stands out due to its high reliability with fast cycle times.

Unlike many other stripping machines available in the market, the AI-01 only requires a single phase, 13A socket for power. A pneumatic supply is not needed.

The wires are stripped with a V blade. Stripping and pull-off lengths can be adjusted individually on the machines. In addition, various cross sections can be processed with the AI-01 by means of simple adjustment of the dials.
